Breakthrough Improvements for Global Retail Services

A global retail organization consulted with us to implement Lean and Six Sigma throughout the company at several locations. We started by providing Greenbelt training at our corporate training facility, then training two Master Black Belts to lead the Lean Six Sigma implementation. From training plan to implementation, we provided all training in the US and in Canada.

Our consultants and trainers created Greenbelts and Black Belts in Toronto, enabling improvement projects throughout Canada for all international operations reducing warehousing costs by 10%. At the same time, we continued to train Greenbelts and Black Belts in our facility for two years.

In all, the program is currently saving them $8 million per year. Projects continue to occur all over the globe and they are continuing to find ways to improve efficiency and productivity in every process.
