Implementing Management System in Global Telecommunications (Quality, Environment and Safety)

A global supplier of wireless networks providing hardware and software systems contacted QPS to implement ISO 9001:2008. Initially planning to bring the company to compliance and ensure certification, we ended up managing the entire Quality program for all facilities worldwide. Over the course of four years, we provided continuous consulting services; a Quality Manager/ Management Representative; developing an internal auditing program for all the facilities.

Over time, we managed implementation of ISO 18001 Health and Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental systems, enabling the business to grow by 40%. Several environmental aspects were identified and tracked to reduce their energy footprint and provide cost savings. Management reviews were engineered to combine all three management systems into one complete management review. We facilitated registration on all three systems and continued to manage them until the company went public and was bought out by a major network systems company.
