A large healthcare organization in New Jersey contracted our services to train a few Six Sigma Greenbelts, which turned into a project to train 300 greenbelts, 50 black belts and 5 Master Black Belts over 6 years of process and project consulting. Together, we helped them implement 100’s of projects, saving millions of dollars in process improvements. Here are just some of the projects and their results:
