Medical device and manufacturing success:

A very successful medical device company wanted to train their people in advanced problem solving and statistical analysis to assist them in solving some of their critical processes. Together, we designed several courses, customized for the hundreds of employees to be trained. From advanced problem solving and team building, into more advanced statistical analysis using Minitab software. To date, their results show:

• 20% reduction in time for corrective actions
• Use of systematic problem solving
• Use of basic & intermediate statistical analysis

Manufacturing and customer service departments required further training to understand and enhance customer satisfaction, and how to use data to find, verify and analyze improvements. To date, we have supported their efforts in:
